Standing ovations

NYC marathon day today! We watched the runners enter Manhattan from the Queensborough bridge on our way to Brooklyn, only to find another stream of people who just started and were running past the Opera House of BAM. The atmosphere around the marathon is amazing, 26.2 miles of standing ovations. 
And we participated in another standing ovation this afternoon, because it was in fact Dutch Theater (Nationaal Toneel) that brought us the BAM for their performance 'Kings of War'. A 4.5 hour long Shakespearean theatrical ride. Standing ovation much deserved! I'm running out of extra's for the year, so ask me if you want to see a picture of it :)
