Last week it was autumn .....

..... this week it's winter!  The car windows needed scraping this morning, the pond in Maxwell Park was frozen and I needed my hat and gloves. It's even too cold to think about gathering up some of the leaves which have gathered in my garden.

Tomorrow afternoon there is a chance that we might even have snow. 

My lodger, Togbe the border terrier, arrives tomorrow afternoon for his winter break while his mum heads off to India for the World Guiding Conference.  That will be the end of my long lies for a few weeks!
