Fantastic Fungi

I spotted this wonderful colony of fungi on a felled tree trunk in the woods. Couldn't resist a shot for blip.

I really wanted to move the leaves on top - but didn't have any gloves with me and I am a bit reluctant to touch any fungi in case they are toxic!
