Behind bars

We don't know where this cat lives but it does visit the garden very regularly.

I met it walking to the shops this afternoon. It was walking towards me on the path and obviously regonised me as someone who tells it where to go whenever I spot it in our garden.

I tend to us phrases like " get back to your own door!"   and "I've told you before, you are not welcome here"   It normally leaves in an orderly manner ( not rushing )  - sometimes I have to add "Oy you! you keep moving"  to actually get it off the premises.

Of course it just returns the next day :-)
