Bananas went wrong!

An attempt at a banana loaf went a bit wrong.  when I poked it with a skewer, it looked like it was cooked right through,  but when I turned the loaf out,  there was a small lake of banana goo in the middle.   I stuck it straight back in the oven again ;-)
