How Can You Tell It's Nearly Winter?

Two cats who spend most of their time outside or sleeping in the conservatory decide that staying most of the day in their baskets is what they want to do! Winter is nearly here!

Out with my trainer today I didn't see a tree root as it was covered in leaves. I fell flat on my face..ouch! Fortunately I haven't hurt myself too much and as Rachael is a physiotherapist she gave me a good check over. I expect i will be stiff and a bit bruised tomorrow but that's all! Advice to all...look where you are walking!
