Mono Monday : Hot

Wasn't sure I was going to get to Zumba today as I needed to go to the opticians. Decided I needed to go and always feel better afterwards. I took a photo of me afterwards for the theme hot as my glasses were steamed up and sweat was pouring off me but it didn't look good in black and white. I did go to the opticians and I've had to make an appointment for another eye test on Thursday, my 3rd this year!!!
I'm trying to be careful with what I eat at the moment during the week (holiday in 3weeks) so all I'd had was a delicious bowl of porridge before chicken and veg tonight. My photo is the hot veg cooking on the hob.
