350 heart transplants in 25 years

This week is 25 years since Scotland's first heart transplant. There have been 350 Lives transformed.
The Golden Jubilee Hospital in Glasgow, where the transplants are now done, is celebrating with, amongst other things, a social media campaign to break the world record for number of photos with heart shaped hands! Look up #heart25 to get more details. Today I chaired Scotland's person-centred care steering group. Where better than to celebrate heart25?
