I had a few minutes to wait for a No. 22 bus at 8 o'clock this morning when I turned towards the castle and snapped this. 45 minutes later I was in a meeting room in Gyle Square with six people facing me, asking questions, expecting me to say intelligent things in reply. I used sharpies. Later, after a couple of hours in the office in Leith, I got in the car and sequenced motorways - M74, M6, M61, M60 - until I arrived in Salford, exhausted. #runstreakchallenge is unravelling. And I had macaroni cheese and chips at Tebay.
