Dude!....watch the paintwork!

So..do you think bugs have a place where they go and say, ' Yer man, I want a metalicy green thing, like a green bottle or fresh leaves in water, kinda finish'
and the other bug says, ' Yer Man, no problem, the chicks really dig those colours at the mo bro!'
' Come back in twenty, it'll be ready...you can go show the rest of your homies...even buzz a human or two!'
'Alright! Dude!'

Maybe I caught too much sun today?

Took Subo (the car) for a fixing, so went for a long walk while waiting, carrying my inevitable camera and extra lens, filters, bits I won't use, binos, flask, cheese, crisps, pie, rock hammer and chisel (that's how I roll).
This pic was taken just as I'd found a hang out for Dragonflies, so I thought I'd do a stake-out and bag a decent picture of a dragonfly.
So of-course between messing with my manual settings, switching lenses, changing filters, forgeting to turn the power on and excitment all my shots are blurred (I thought the dragonfly would avoid me, but it came right to me and seemed annoyd that I didn't step out of the way)

Remember the days when you had just 24 or 36 pictures to take using only manual settings and every shot had to be your best even though you couldn't actually see the results till the next week (if you were lucky)

This is what i want: A Dslr, one lens capable of photographing the flags on the moon to a gnats privates, speed 12hrs-100,000th/ sec, 1 click f control, underwater capability.......and the ability to withstand a nuclear blast(or fall from a chair)....is that too-much to ask?
