A Beautiful Greeting

Mt. Hood provides glimpses of serene beauty to travelers in the gorge. On clear days it greets me as I approach both the Hood River and The Dalles college campuses. This view is near the approach to The Dalles bridge.

Tomorrow, a long-time friend and I are meeting in Portland to attend some election events. It will a great time to connect with others of like mind at this historic time in history! (We are cautiously optimistic that we will be celebrating).
