Tower, rooves and beyond

We spent most of the day exploring the souk in the old Medina in Fez. It seems to go on forever, and must be a mile or so across. Apparently it is the largest urban car free zone in the world according to our friend Mette's guidebook.
Late afternoon we sat on the roof terrace at Café Clock and watched the sun get low in the sky while drinking lemon, honey and ginger tea.
