Laptop surgery!

I organised a new laptop for mum, which I have delivered today. I've spent the evening trying to set it up and transfer files etc, as well as teaching her how to use Windows 10 ... when she was previously using Windows XP! Oh, and I've never used Windows 10 myself! It has been quite an evening!!! The old one was playing up and not letting me transfer files, then the new one decided to do a windows update and configuration(!), so I got mine out to work on and it went on a go slow. This photo sums it up. I had to turn to the brandy!

I'm now off to bed, leaving the computers to do their own backup!
