day 2 in the hospital and all is well

i have a wonderful pt guy - who assists me getting out of bed - then helped me do some cruising around - mostly i have extremely tight muscles and tendons - so the more frequently i can be up and about - the better off i will be - at this point my 'walk' is more like a 'kick-shuffle' - but i am getting there as that's very normal for post-surgery - all in all, a good day which has unavoidably led to...
