Welcome to Wellington

Off to Wellington we went, Julie off to work to meet the 'national' team and I went as extra baggage. Had a bit of trouble getting the internet to work so am back blipping today hoping to catch up on the last few days. A trip down Memory Lane at Te Papa and here we have the Rt. Hon Rob Muldoon Prime Minister of New Zealand in the dark ages of the late 70's &1980's. He had a few brillant ideas however New Zealand stagnated under his divisive iron fist and droopy eye. Tomorrow is another day. It is really nice to be out of Christchurch in a city that is alive and colourful....and I do mean colourful.
