due to a civil right ( and therefore no tax) established in the middle ages some people having bought a piece of land from an estate, have to pay what is called "de dertiende penning". an extra payment to the estate. it has not be effected for a long long time. but it still is within the law. lesson to be learned: pay attention at the content of the deeds you are signing !
