SO WHAT'S ALL THE FUSS....

... whilst the World was going "flippo" over an election, and our share market here "downunder" choked under the indicators of the result, I decided to check out a bit more of my new pic options.

The area here in the Hawkesbury has quite a few waterways and lake areas so bird life abounds.

Today, found this blue moor hen taking life pretty relaxed as the rain started. 

Decided to have some fun with it in Topaz Glow and gave it a pencil effect.

... was a good thing I went out when I did as we have had some really good much needed showers since. AND, it will be interesting to see now how all things react to a new pending US President!!??
