School Days

This a picture of the children and teachers at my dads school.  It was probably taken in the late 1920's as my dad was born in 1919.  My dad is in the back row and is the first boy on the left hand side.  His younger brother is in the front row - the fourth child to the left.

The school teacher to the right looks pretty scary but another of my dad's brother's who is still alive and can remember her says she was a good teacher and nice to the pupils.
