L always scrubs up beautiful after bath time. MrsT does her hair really nice!

At work today I had meeting after meeting and didn't get home till late.

Having to pop out for groceries so a quick trip into the gym on route.

Re last nights ten pin bowling league match I maintained my fine run of form by hitting a 166 followed by a 161 giving me a 327 series score.

I finished the highest scorer of the night but sadly our team lost the match.
