Strange days

Up in the early hours with my portly dog, I watched the news about the presidential election for hours in disbelief. Reminiscent of the recent in/out referendum in England, I am surprised by the outcome and a little fearful for our future.

Such was my mind after my 6 hours of viewing, I forgot my purse.i now owe the chocolate shop for my lunchtime purchase and have nothing left to show for it either. Oops.
