Scuba diving

A day reading by the pool. A game of poker, we teach the boys such important things, well Tony taught them one rainy holiday, now it's a holiday must!
Left at 4 pm to go on a Scuba trial dive. Peter qualified 20 years ago and I have wanted to ever since, but having a fear of water, never mind the Sea was just too much for me.( It's a rational fear as I fainted under water as a child )
But now I don't want to be a sit and watch m as Peter and the boys Scuba together, Bens now old enough to go.
So I used NLP on myself.
I cried driving there, cried on the boat lost the ability to communicate, was hyperventilating had anxiety but I DID IT !!
The instructor was amazing
We were out for 4 hours in total the views were amazing.
After our showers we ate at 11 pm, very Spanish
Home at 1.30am, so all tired
