Taking the pith…...

……as well as the zest I think, either I'm being heavy-handed or that little grater is sharper than I thought it was…...better watch me fingers! Lime and lemon curd (EDIT: with a last minute dash of Cointreau for a bit of added breakfast crumpet oomph!) in the making…..the limes were a bargain buy yesterday, 5 for 30p, small and a bit motley, but juicy! Indoor pursuits today, it's perishing out there!
