The North Riding of Yorkshire

The sun was low in the sky and illuminating this signpost on the backroad I found myself on, at Kirkdale, just outside of Kirkbymoorside in North Yorkshire. Minutes later the light was gone.
Minutes before the car struggled to get through the ford, the water being a lot deeper than my assessment of it.
