This is Not a Kestrel.....

Neither is it a good photo!     It was taken through the car windscreen, quickly before it flew off and unfortunately the camera focused on the Kestrel, not the blackbird, but it made me laugh :-)

I had an appointment with David my oncologist at 8.30 this morning, and the oncology unit is called The Kestrel Suite.  When I came out this blackbird was sat on the wall with the Kestrel sign behind him and it made me laugh - obviously it's a bird that has ideas above it's station lol!

The good news I had today was that  I only have to have one more herceptin treatment - I thought I had two left and my last one would be the second week of December, but apparently it's 12 months of treatment.  As I started it on 27th November 2015 next Thursday is my last one which is great!
