After the storm

It's all quite today. A real snow dump the last few days. Walking the 15 minutes from the bus stop past the marina. All dark and very quiet.  I'm reminded of Lillian Beckwith's "even the sheeps on the hills is lonely". 

In this case it's those few boats that have been left in the water to brave the elements.
