A) What is going on in the photo?
a) In my photo, I am showing a small jewelry mudai holding a light bulb a mudai is an Ethiopian item that holds materials like food, jewelry, keys or small tools and can also decorate. Their sizes can vary but most Habesha (Habesha means Ethipian) people prefer to keep small ones for simple use. I took my photo at 8:47 PM on Sunday, November 6th at my work, desk in my room.

B) How is it related to a specific human geography concept from the current or previous units?
b) My photo relates to the specific human geography concept of folk culture and popular culture by displaying two items that represent both.
The mudai is folk culture because nobody knows for sure when it was made or who made it. It is folk culture because mudais have not diffused much besides Ethiopian emmigrants taking their belongings to other countries, the idea usually won't spread. The light bulb is an example of popular culture because it has diffused globally to many different places of the world, the date and person who invented the light bulb (Thomas Edison 1879) is known well, and it was created for with an intention to make profit.

C) Link the image to one of the five themes of geography with an explanation of how it relates .
c) My image is linked to the geography concept of location because I knew exactly where my photo was taken and can locate the light bulb and mudai 
easily.
