Linemen

I know its Flower Friday & its not remotely like anything I photograph, but I can't look a gift horse in the mouth!! 

These blokes, and another four on the ground, two big trucks with big extension things have worked on this pole all day.  They appear to be doing upgrades at every corner.  Doug had a chat to them, they wanted the weather to stay dry so that they could do live wire work.  
I've kept an eye on them, as they have been working on the pole right beside our garden.....rather them than me, they have been swaying in the breezes and working very hard.  They just finished before the rain has set in (again) and its now terribly cold.

I've been editing some of my Ireland images this afternoon, it will be work in progress for months.  Have a lovely weekend
