Road works

We are starting to wonder if there is actually a canal network being constructed next to our complex.  It has been raining quite heavily since last night and the road next to us, as you can see is flooded  There has been no work on this road for about two weeks now.  If it was Saturday I would definitely tag this Silly Saturday.  If it was Film Star Friday I could go with Bridge Over the River Kwia.
