Surprisingly rural

Walked up to the shopping centre to test breathing - greatly improved.  This was the view from a bridge overlooking a busy road.  The verges are wide enough to provide room for numerous trees and shrubs.
Met with a friend for a 3 hour chat over coffee and tea!
Return journey in the sun was all downhill - felt I could run it if necessary!  Hope I still feel the same when medication changed again next week.

I was perusing the clothing in John Lewis at 11am.  Found it quite moving how everything fell silent and shoppers stopped like frozen statues for the 2 minute tribute.
