Alleyway, Meknes, Middle Atlas

We had a relaxed morning. Up about 9. Then the sad news about the death of Leonard Cohen. Celebrated his life listening to some favourite songs of his and talking about him for a while. Had a shower and then breakfast with Hanne Lene in the Ruined Garden.
Early afternoon we went to a provincial town called Meknes for a bit of exploration. We bought a couple of fine Berber bowls in the market, honing my bargaining skills, and wandered the streets. There are some fine houses and alleyways, and I particularly liked this one.
