Flicker

I had another shot of a cloud the likes of which I had not seen before. It looked like a very fat contrail running  horizontally across the sky, but it was not. However, later in the day, this visitor appeared outside the kitchen window, pecking in the grass, I suppose for seed but maybe grubs. Whatever, it is the first that has been near the house this fall and I hope we shall get many more.

This concludes my first two years which have sure had their ups and downs, but we are still here and I am forever thankful for the Blip community, for Blip Central for keeping us going and for all you good people who have encouraged, supported and taught me with their photographs and commentaries over the past two years. Thank you one and all!
