A busy day in London

Spent the morning teaching and doing duty, lunch then down to get the train to London. First stop was the British Library Maps exhibition, which included a map created by my friend Ben Hennig. Got a few bits from the shop, then it was on the tube to South Kensington. Started at the V&A, then past the Natural History Museum (with ice rink) to the Science Museum. Met my friend, National Geographic explorer Dan Raven Ellison in Costa, and we walked up to the Royal Geographical Society, where I was expecting to speak at an event, but ended up running the event from the front as well and introducing all the speakers... then legged it down Exhibition Road to catch the late train back to Norfolk.
