The Portrait Gallery (from below)

Following on with more of a Glasgow theme again today. I was in the City Chambers for the unveiling of the former Lord Provost's portrait. As I was looking up to the gallery I was amazed at the amount of people that had shown up to honor him. Bob Winter was Lord Provost for five years.
I have blipped this view from above. Not sure which one I prefer.
