Le Louvre
Unfortunately I have not been able to take a decent enough photo today in which I see fit to Blip because we have driven to Burgundy, to a place called Seuliers to taste the famous white wines of the region. This photo as you well know is of the famous Musee de Louvre in Paris, which is the largest museum in the world and interestingly if you were to look at each individual exhibit for 30 seconds it would take you three months, day and night to look at every piece. There are 16km of corridor throughout the whole museum.
The weather was again very hot and sunny. In my opinion the greatest work of art is the building itself with is beautiful structure and painted ceilings with carved figurines running along the corner. The pyramids are also an exhibit in itself and the reversed pyramid that goes into the ground is also a masterpiece.
Better the look at this in large.
