Kedgeree for tea!

No 2 has offered to make the evening meal the past two nights.She's not a fan of meat, unlike No 1 who would happily devour a steak every day of the week, and she keeps reminding me that we don't eat enough fish.
Friday's menu was kedgeree, or at least a variation of, notably no boiled eggs and a cajan rather than a curry flavour.. It went down a treat!
