A Hard Frost...

It's cold, but beautiful outside.  Alfred and I are just back from a long morning walk in the fields.  I'm making a warming veggie kind of shepherd's pie, with roasted mushrooms, courgettes, and carrots in a mushroom béchamel sauce, topped with mashed potato, for dinner tonight.  Something warm and filling.  And hopefully tasty... We'll see! :-)
