Another unicorn?

I was unloading the groceries from the boot of our car and spotted this caterpillar climbing up the tyre of my neighbour's car.
Same blue horn (caterpillar not car) but different colour and look at the fancy diagonal go faster stripes it is sporting along its jade green body.
Feel tempted to capture it and watch it transmute into a . . .
