Ready to welcome the guests..
The guests will be served trout, salted and fermented for three months. to be eaten without cooking. It comes with boiled potatoes, sour cream, onion, "lefse" and flat bread, beer and aquavit. A dish that has been served in Norway for more than six hundred years. We have served our quests the same dish in November, the last 20 years and they still come to join us.
