Cooking with Son #1

This is nice.

Son #1 is cooking the tea.

Went mountain biking today.

Went over the handlebars.

Got a baddy knee and a baddy elbow.

Need to get faster.

Had a lovely bath on my return.

Now have that warm Saturday evening glow.

Sneaking a few glimpses of the rugby. Come on Wales!
