Another day on retreat with our guest...

Today included gentle yoga, two hypnotherapy sessions, deeply relaxing hypnosis, gorgeous food, lovely chats and cups of tea, and a fab walk in wild and windy weather and epic waves - We laughed so much!!! Loved it!!
