I've had a difficult task to do this week which I've been putting off and it was getting in the way of other things. I finally managed to defeat it this morning and then had a very productive afternoon/evening on other things, trying to get on top of the next six weeks. 

Looking around for something to blip, this seemed appropriate. It was made by a member of our congregation. 

Yesterday I was told the results of the scan would take 7-10 days, so I was rather surprised to receive them 26hrs later! Confirmed partial tear of the achilles. Time and being careful with it will heal it apparently. Golf and long walks off the agenda at the moment ... thankfully it is winter so that's not too hard.
