A manic day! Alarm at 7am and the realisation that it was pouring with rain. The dogs wouldn't even go out for a wee it was so wet. But breakfast follows the walk round the block, so they trotted round with me in tow!

R arrived at 8am, we all went into Lincoln for the girls to be involved in some research at the Uni. They spent the rest of the day at college and I went to yet another sewing group for 6hrs. I completed a project started on Thursday and got some advice on the next stage of my quilt.

Home to drop off my stuff, next stop college to collect my three girls, then on to the supermarket for some bits and pieces, then finally home!!!

This evening has been all about food and chat, accompanied by a bottle of wine. We are watching all sorts of TV that I would never normally watch, but this is part of the education for the elderly, to keep them up to date!!!

I thought that we would have an early night, but it's now11pm and we are watching a group of girls trying to teach Jeremy Clarkson trying to twerk!. He will suffer tomorrow!!!
