Sleepy Laurie

What a day! I'm meant to be moving house in the next few weeks, but a certain bank have decided to backtrack on their agreement to transfer my mortgage. Can they do that?... Anyway, petting a sleepy Laurie while on the phone to the "customer care" (i.e. complaints) people was very therapeutic and calming:o) The man on the other end of the phone has alot to thank Laurie for!!

So now I just have to wait and see what they decide.
