Saturday: W

K.and I had a leisurely morning before heading into town for a bit of walk/explore.  We passed this old 'W' sign on our wanderings.  It is from the old 'Woodwards' department store - there is a new large 'W' that rotates on a large pylon, although the department store has long gone.  As I was taking a photo, a couple asked us about the significance of the 'W' and I was pretty pleased that I was able to explain it to them.

We had some good craft beers at the 'Alibi Rooms', followed by dinner at 'Fable Diner' - we have negotiated everything on public transport and were pleased that everything is starting to fit together in that respect too.
