The Birthday Party

It’s not easy to find a time for the whole family to do anything—-this was pretty good with 9 out of 10 to celebrate the boys in the family —all october and november birthdays but closest to the one turning 50 (yesterday)    Yes I cooked dinner: mediterranean salmon, comfort mac and cheese, asparagus, salad, and cheesecake and cupcakes …( a rare event)… and the girls had a great time gathering 50s of lots of things, from cat kibbles to chocolate chips to pennies to dental floss (comes with 50 yards).   
All good fun,   Will do a flickr set tomorrow (after I recover).  For tonight I liked this one of Peter with his girls and the math shirt.  Of course we dug out some baby pictures and the extra is the card I made for him who is a  computer programmer ...here maybe 8- months(?) and that obsolete keyboard he’s already starting to explore. Hard to believe that was so long ago!!  He has since learned it’s not a good idea to have any liquids too close to the keys!
