Machinations

An extended wander around the festival goings on today as Mrs T came down on the train and met me for an early Friday finish from work.

The draw of the Royal Mile proved just too great, as the foul weather of the morning gave way to almost some sunshine.

Today's cast are from the Oxford University Dramatic Society. They're preforming Machinal which "...was first perfomed on Broadway in 1928, and is the highpoint of Expressionism: a whirlwind tale of love, gender imbalance and murder."

It's dramatic stuff.
