Colombia Road Flower Market

Met up with friend to go down Colombia Road for a cup of coffee, a good chat and flowers. Not the traditional time to go down there as gardens are kind off limits now (too cold to be growing) but very lively with lots of cut flowers and winter berries and leaves. It was crowded but not raining and very colourful. We always go to a little Basque coffee shop which seems to have been there for ever - great coffee and very good breakfasts and pastries.

PS l have just picked up that there has been an earthquake in NZ, my best wishes to all family, friends and blippers there, hope you are all safe and well and continue to be so.
