Zambia Art and Design show

Went to church, took a friend and we had to leave early so that I could go to ZADS - Zambia Art and Design Show.  It was on yesterday as well but I didn't have time to go then!  Was quite amazing and shows me the difference between Malawi and Zambia - Malawi would not have the exhibitors that I saw today to be able to put on such a show!  It was interesting and definitely for the middle class Zambian!  The car park was full of 4x4 vehicles, and the majority of people were white.  Such a contrast to what I have known in the last 20 years in Malawi!  I did enjoy it though and bought a piece of fabric (I like making things)!  

This guy actually makes these baskets - he is from the Western province and I hope one day to be able to visit the workshop and see the baskets being made first hand!

Had to back blip yesterday because.....we had no electricity!!!!
