Slow Sunday

Almost PB this year. > 10 hours of sleep despite the fact that the clear night, the snow and the almost full moon outside made the night very bright. However Sunday was a predicted grey with just a little bit of sun far and few between.

The cross country tracks are not yet ready so we decided to go for a long but slow run with the running shoes with the spikes. We went all the way up from Davos Frauenkirch to Davos Wolfgang and around the lake. 15km on snow tracks, very mild around +5° and only a few people out there.

Stocked up our supply of local food from the neighbouring farm yesterday and prepared today their Polenta and Coppa with Trittico (Poggio al Sole) at home for lunch mid afternoon. Back to Zurich at 6pm. Two hours of work before BBC planet Earth starts.
