Long Walk Home

Well no so much a Long Walk Home (that's just an excuse to listen to some Bruce (not that you need an excuse)) as a Sunday morning stroll in and around Pitlochry - weather was damp and chilly but it felt good to be out.

Aside from that a lazy couple of days - wrist still in splint so leisure (as well as work) activities curtailed. However have mastered soda stream one handed as well as left handed ironing (which T offered to do but my independent streak can only accept so much help :-)).

Must remember to watch "We're here because we're here" on BBC4 tonight - an insight into the memorial that marked the start of the Battle of the Somme which took place earlier this year. I chanced upon it at Waterloo Station and found it extremely moving.
